Topland has underwritten some £270m of pre-let developments and planning is underway for the development of 500,000sq ft in the City of London.
Topland views forward funding of pre-let development and direct development as an excellent source of investment stock and intends to continue to fund and acquire high quality developments. Topland is actively seeking partners to work with in developing this area of the business.

Resthaven Properties Ltd, part of the wider Topland Group, is currently undertaking the development, at Harbourside Bristol, of a state-of-the-art 170,000 sq ft regional headquarters office scheme pre let to Clerical Medical Investment Group. Completion is expected shortly.
