We have underwritten some $527 million of pre-let developments and planning is underway for the development of 500,000sq ft in the City of London.
We view forward funding of pre-let development and direct development as an excellent source of investment stock and intend to continue to fund and acquire high quality developments. We are actively seeking partners to work with in developing this area of the business.

Our subsidiary, Resthaven Properties Ltd, is currently undertaking a development at Harbourside Bristol of a state-of-the-art 170,000 sq ft regional headquarters office scheme pre let to Clerical Medical Investment Group. Completion is expected shortly.
