The Topland Group of Companies forms the UK based operations of Topland Group Holdings Limited, and has responsibility for the management of the majority of the Group's property assets.
Topland Group is one of the largest privately owned international investment groups, with a significant number of property assets. The Group has its own significant cash reserves and is therefore well placed to continue with the acquisition of both large corporate deals and property assets, with plans to increase its portfolio by a further £1 billion in the foreseeable future taking advantage of current market conditions.
Topland prides itself on the diversity of both its product and the sectors it considers.
Topland is also regarded as a market leader in the field of sale and leaseback, with a plethora of experience, including most notably, the Group's strategic partnership with Marks & Spencer. Accordingly, companies such as Waitrose, Sainsburys and Budgens have all sought to benefit. Recently, the Group has accepted approaches from European companies keen to divest their assets and has confidentially concluded a c.£200m Sale & Leaseback in the UK and Ireland with a well known discount retailer and more recently Phase 1 of a Sale & Leaseback with Eroski Sociedad Co-operativa in Spain.
