Over the past five years, the wider Topland Group has entered into a number of joint ventures and strategic partnerships with well know corporates.
The Group is best known for completing a major 50/50 Joint Venture with Tesco, whcih it sold in 2007, at market value, for approximately £950 million, and for the Sale and Leaseback of 78 stores with Marks and Spencer in 2001.
These innovative ventures mark the Group's continued commitment to developing strategic partnerships with major corporates and it has since used this formula many times in completing other such joint ventures.
