Over the past five years, the wider Topland Group has entered into a number of joint ventures and strategic partnerships with well know corporates.
Topland Group Holdings Ltd completed a major 50/50 Joint Venture partnership in April 2004 with Tesco.
This transaction was a $1.3 billion joint venture partnership investing in 33 supermarkets and two distribution centres across the UK. The joint venture is for a term of 25 years. The Group has since sold its stake, at market value, for approximately £1.9billion.
These innovative ventures mark our continued commitment to developing strategic partnerships with major corporates and we have since used this formula many times in completing other such joint ventures.
