Transactions in the UK have been completed with major corporates including Interserve, Hays, Littlewoods, Tibbett & Britten Group and Budgens.
The Group is well known for its acquisition of 78 Marks and Spencer stores, which are now valued in excess of £800 million, and its acquisition, through Topland Group Holdings Ltd, of 33 supermarkets and two distribution centres from Tesco, now valued in excess of £1 billion.
Recently, the Group has accepted approaches from European companies keen to divest their assets.
