It is believed that offers are being sought in the region of £30m.
The prime hotel asset is located in close proximity to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus and was comprehensively refurbished in 2014. The 4-star hotel, part of the GLH Hotels group, provides 82 bedrooms and includes a parade of retail facing Coventry Street.
Topland’s interest currently has 38 years unexpired and is held from The Duchy of Lancaster subject to an intermediary interest from Akzo Nobel CIF Nominees.
The interest benefits from Every Hotel having an occupational lease until 26 April 2035 with an option to renew for a further 20 years. CBRE is advising Topland.
