The 60,000 sq ft multi-let office building, located at 8 Nelson Mandela Place, dates back to the late 1800's and was once home to the Glasgow Athenaeum School of Music. A new office building was constructed behind the original facade in 1990.
Its office occupiers including Close Brothers Asset Management, Shawbrook Bank, Rathbones and Softcat Plc, with the lettings off reversionary rents.
