Retail

Topland invests in all retail sub-sectors including high street, F&B, warehousing, supermarkets, and shopping centers.

Over the years we have invested smartly in the retail sector and was one of the first movers into the large-scale supermarket sale & leasebacks. This included 78 Marks & Spencer stores, 33 Tesco supermarkets and 56 Aldi stores.

More recently, we have acquired across all sub-sectors, targeting high-quality, resilient retail locations across the UK underpinned by institutional/investment grade tenants.
